Samantha opened her first studio in 2014, and Bespoke Atelier was founded to offer a tailored hair experience in a relaxed, upscale setting. The salon describes its mission as helping clients reach an effortless, personalized look through current color, cut and extension work, using premium products.
Appointments are by booking only, made online through Vagaro, and open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Transformational blonding and color correction begin with a Service Strategy Session, a consultation held before a first appointment. Extension installs also start with a consultation, and custom quotes are booked as an Extension Strategy Session.
Each visit starts with a detailed consultation covering goals, skin tone, eye color, natural hair color, texture and condition. A custom color formula is mixed for each client and kept on file for future visits, and clients leave with a written prescription sheet covering products and at-home styling.
Clients spend their appointment in a private suite where they can stream shows, pick a playlist or work on a laptop. Snacks, filtered water, sparkling water, coffee, tea and white wine are offered, along with phone chargers, a laptop desk and hand creams. Shampoo service includes a scalp massage and a post-color treatment.
Color and cut are customized to each client's lifestyle, skin tone, eye color and the maintenance they want, and the formula is kept on file so later visits build on the same base.
A private salon suite with a laid-back, comfortable feel, where clients can stream shows or work during their appointment.
