Every visit starts with a complimentary consultation, and color corrections, custom dye work and larger hair transformations get a longer consultation covering hair condition, color history, goals, upkeep, budget and sensitivities. Services are tailored to each client's features, lifestyle and goals. Listed prices are base rates; the stylist gives an estimate at the consultation, since length, density, condition, time and added products all affect the final cost.

The color menu includes freehand balayage in classic, face-framing, high-contrast and reverse versions, foil highlights and lowlights, full-process color, root touch-ups, glosses and toners, custom dye blends and vivid shades. Smoothing options include keratin treatments that use a formaldehyde-free system and non-keratin smoothing suited to color-treated and fine hair, and the salon does not offer chemical relaxers or harsh straighteners. Cuts cover women's, men's and children's styles, with razor cutting for softer movement and scissor cutting for more structure. Hair extension consultations and installation are offered on request, so it is best to call ahead.

Booking ahead is advised, particularly for color and smoothing treatments, though walk-in guests are seen when a chair is open. Clients may request a specific stylist, depending on that person's availability at the time of booking. Appointments need confirming 24 hours in advance, and any cancellation or change requires at least 24 hours' notice. Late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period. After two no-shows, a deposit is required before future services can be booked. If a client is dissatisfied with a service, they can contact the salon within 7 days to arrange a free adjustment by the original stylist; completed services are not refunded. Unopened retail products that have not been used can be exchanged within 14 days. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the whole visit. Payment is accepted in cash, by major credit and debit cards, and through digital wallets. Tipping is welcome but optional. Anyone showing signs of illness is asked to rebook.
