Hair services cover precision cuts, custom color, highlights and lowlights, balayage and hand-painted blonding, and blowouts. Custom foiling can be planned anywhere from a few face-framing foils to the whole head. Base color is designed for clients who want growth touched up every 3 to 6 weeks, and base color with pull through suits first-time color clients or anyone who needs mids and ends refreshed.

Cezanne smoothing treatments come in an Express and a Classic version, and each can be customized with Davines hair treatments. A hair mask and treatment with a head massage is often followed by a haircut or blow-dry style. Extensions are priced after a consultation.

The salon describes its atmosphere as warm and relaxed. It serves clients from Chicagoland, including Elmhurst, Lombard, Glen Ellyn, Oak Brook and the surrounding Western Suburbs. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am to 8pm, Wednesday 9am to 3pm, Friday 9am to 2:30pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm, with Sunday and Monday closed.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the booked service, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Appointments over two hours, including perms, keratin smoothing, balayage, foils and corrective color, require a credit card to hold them. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for lateness, after which the service may need to be rescheduled. Guests are asked to silence phones and avoid speakerphone calls.
