The salon is small and intimate, with a compact team, and its space is set up to feel calming, comfortable and inviting. Each appointment opens with a consultation covering the guest's goals and what is achievable for their hair. First-time guests fill out an online consultation form and receive an approval email before they can book.

Color and highlighting services range from a glaze or toner add-on and retouches to partial and full foil services, balayage, blonding and dimensional brunette work, which is priced after consultation. Foil services do not include base color or grey coverage, which can be added by booking a Color Retouch Only appointment. Curly services include custom curly cuts, curl styling, spa mist treatments and a Curly Express visit for existing clients who return within three months. Haircut and styling services include traditional cuts and blow-dry styling. The studio does not offer clipper cuts or fades.

Appointments are booked by texting 267-806-6305 or by email. The salon works by appointment only and does not overlap bookings. A credit card must be on file to reserve a slot. Clients receive a confirmation text 72 hours before their visit and must reply to it. Changes require at least 48 hours' notice. No-call/no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full price of the scheduled service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean losing the appointment. Services and products are non-refundable, and any concerns must be raised within 7 days of the visit. Opening hours are Wednesday 9:00 to 8:00, Thursday 9:30 to 8:00, Friday 9:30 to 4:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 4:00.

Permanent jewelry is custom-fit, clasp-free jewelry welded on the wearer and is offered by appointment with Emma. The salon also supports Pennsbury High School Girls Basketball and Pennsbury High School Football, and it is an Inspire Beauty Scholarship provider, awarding a scholarship to a Pennsbury High School student interested in a beauty career.
