Color is the core of the menu. Options run from a gloss, which starts at $50, through all-over color, root touch-ups and highlights, to babylights and full balayage, which starts at $260. A haircut and style can be added to a color service. Pricing is tiered: rates rise as stylists move through training and experience, so starting prices are higher with higher-tier stylists.

Extensions use the sew-in beaded method, including hand-tied and volume wefts, and the team is trained and certified in it. A consultation comes first to match color, choose hair type and set the number of rows. Clients sign a waiver at their first extension appointment and buy the hair before that visit, which the salon says costs roughly $200 to $1,000 depending on length and thickness. Installs are booked in advance and scheduled 6 to 8 weeks apart. Mini move-ups are booked in advance, 4 to 5 weeks apart, and offered every other appointment rather than back to back. The salon states that extensions last 8 to 12 months with proper at-home care, and that the beaded method has fewer contact points, so it causes minimal pulling and damage. Sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner are recommended, with washing once or twice a week and dry shampoo in between. A free beach curl is optional after installs.

The Head Spa is a scalp-health and relaxation service in three levels. The 30-minute Express option at $85 covers a cleanse, scalp massage and conditioning, and finishes dry without a blowout. The 60-minute Signature option is $145, or $185 with a blowout, and adds a scalp analysis, treatment, massage for the scalp, neck and shoulders, and steam towel conditioning. The 120-minute VIP experience at $285 adds a scalp consultation, an advanced treatment, a mini facial, a Milbon conditioning treatment and a blowout. Sessions are calm and quiet, with conversation guided by the client. Head Spa can be booked monthly, seasonally, between extension installs, or ahead of color or extension services. Bridal hair is offered for flower girls, bridal trials, bridesmaids and brides. On-location bridal services require a $150 bride's fee at booking to hold the date after confirmation, and locations more than 20 miles away carry a travel fee of $0.67 per mile round trip, with tolls and parking paid by the client.

Booking requires a card on file. Clients receive an automated confirmation text three days before the appointment and are asked to confirm. Changes are accepted up to 24 hours ahead. Appointments not changed within that window are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and no-shows are charged 100%. A 15-minute grace period applies to late guests, and guests may enjoy a complimentary drink and snack while they wait. A third-party pay-over-time option through Cherry is available, with 0% APR options. Per the payment page, Cherry plans have APRs as low as 5.99% and approvals up to $30,000, and Cherry says it does no hard credit checks. Applications are accepted for stylist, salon assistant, salon coordinator and esthetician roles.
