A brow visit begins with an in-depth consultation and Brow Mapping, which is used to plan the shape. The Brow & Beauty Expert styles the brows at the end of the appointment. Brow lamination lifts and sets the brows for up to six weeks, and the service cannot be repeated within six weeks of a previous lamination.

Tint and lamination services require a patch test 24 hours before the service, or 48 hours in some countries, for clients new to dye or tint and for clients with allergies to hair dye or perm solution. Patch tests need no appointment. Clients are asked to avoid self-tanning or spray tanning 24 hours before and after a tint service. Clients who arrive more than five minutes late for an appointment may lose their spot to another customer.
