The second location at 106 E Highland Ave. has a spa-inspired space and offers facials, advanced skincare, brows, lashes and restorative spa treatments alongside hair services.

The salon is led by owner and lead stylist Jordan Italia, who founded it. The salon describes its team as tight-knit and focused on growth, and says it encourages continued education. It is currently seeking stylists and estheticians and accepts applications through its website.

Special occasion updos are available for proms, homecomings, pageants and other events.

Hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 9AM to 7PM and Friday and Saturday from 9AM to 5PM, with the salon closed on Sundays and Mondays. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service total, and a card on file may be required to book. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten the appointment, change the service or mean rescheduling.

Colour corrections, extension fitting, bridal work and appointments lasting several hours may call for a retainer, which does not come back once paid. Requests to redo a result must be raised within 7 days of the original visit. They are offered when the outcome differs from what was agreed at the consultation, usually with the same stylist. Money is not refunded for services or extensions. Changes asked for after the original plan is set are charged at standard prices.
