Every service starts with a consultation and a Brow Mapping step, which identifies which hairs to remove and which to let grow. Each visit then ends with the technician styling the brows. Staff are called Brow & Beauty Experts.

Lamination is offered as Brow Lamination & Shape at $90, or Brow Lamination, Tint & Shape at $105, and a Feeling Lifted version sets and straightens brows into a fuller, lifted shape. The business says lamination results can last up to six weeks. Clients with allergies to hair dye or perming solutions need a 24-hour patch test before a lamination, or 48 hours in some countries, and a new lamination cannot be booked within six weeks of the previous one.

Brow Tint at $26 uses a custom-blended tint. Face waxing covers the upper lip, chin and sides, and combined packages are available. The shop also sells Benefit brow products, including Fluff Up Brow Wax, a flexible texturizing wax.

Hours are Monday to Wednesday 10 AM to 8 PM, Thursday to Saturday 10 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM. Clients more than five minutes late for an appointment may lose their spot to another customer.
