The European facial takes 80 minutes and includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, a mask and extractions if needed, adjusted to the client's skin type. The Forever Bright facial takes 85 minutes, is focused on brightening, and uses peptides and hydrating ingredients. The matcha facial is described by the business as suitable for all skin types. A back facial takes 45 minutes and includes cleansing, exfoliation, a soothing mask and extractions if needed. High frequency and jelly mask are add-ons that can only be booked alongside a facial; the jelly mask comes with a collagen or tea tree option.
Brow services include a map and soft wax, a stain only, lamination, a lamination and stain combination, and a brow trio that combines lamination, stain and wax. Waxing covers lip or chin, underarm, half and full arm, half and full leg, lower and full back, full butt cheeks, and several Brazilian options. The Brazilian wax covers the full vaginal area including the butt strip, and a soothing-mask version leaves a hydrating mask on for 10 minutes afterward. Brazilian waxes need about three weeks of growth, or roughly grain-of-rice length, since the last shave, and clients are advised to return every four to six weeks. New clients can book a Brazilian special, and a discounted Brazilian is offered on Wednesdays to new and returning clients.
In-suite glam is a private session at a set price of $220 that includes a consultation, suited to bridal looks, prom and photo shoots. It takes about 105 minutes and requires a $50 deposit.
Most services require a $10 deposit when booked, the full butt cheeks wax requires $5, and in-suite glam requires $50. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrival; after that the appointment can no longer be taken and counts as a last-minute cancellation. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients who are on their cycle may arrive with a fresh tampon, cup or disk, and complimentary tampons are available if needed.
Facial treatments are adjusted to each client's skin type, as in the European facial.
Glam sessions take place in a private suite.
