A visit begins with an in-depth consultation and a personalized brow map, then moves to the chosen service and ends with styling of the brows. Services range from simple trims and waxing to brow lamination and tinting.

The menu covers brow waxing and tweezing, a custom-blended tint designed to look natural while adding depth, and a lamination that sets and straightens brows for up to six weeks. Face waxing for the upper lip, chin and sides is also offered.

The boutique sells brow products for looks from feathered to bold, including a 24-hour brow setter and an invisible shaping and setting gel that can be ordered online. The salon describes its brow products as bestselling.

Hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Monday through Wednesday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Thursday through Saturday, and 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sunday. Clients running more than five minutes late may have their appointment given to another guest.
