Color is a major part of the menu, and every guest receives a custom color formulation. Options include toners, glosses and glazes (clear or pigmented), full color, partial and full highlights, balayage or ombre, and bleach with toning. Color retouches, root touch-ups for solid blondes, and color correction for major shifts or for removing older color are also offered. Vivids and fantasy colors are available, and vivids typically last four to 12 weeks while pastels last one to two weeks.

Appointments can run several hours, so guests are advised to bring a snack and a phone charger. Hair that needs extra product and time because of density or texture is charged accordingly. Pricing starts at $20 for children's cuts, $25 for conditioning treatments and $35 for toners, with most services listed as a range. Extensions, fantasy colors and color correction require a consultation, and adjustments must be requested within seven days of service and cover only what was discussed at consultation. Corrections are handled by the original stylist, and no refunds are given. A non-refundable booking fee secures the appointment and is applied to the service cost; it can move once to another appointment if the visit is rescheduled more than 24 hours ahead, but not after a no-call, no-show. Guests running late should call, as the appointment may be rescheduled if there is no word within 15 minutes. Lightly used products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Guests may be photographed or recorded during visits, and photos may be shared on social media; anyone who objects can tell their stylist. The salon also hosts an annual Sip and Swap clothing swap, with ticket sales and unused clothing donated to charitable thrift shops.

The salon uses only cruelty-free products and runs with an eco-friendly approach, partnering with companies it regards as good for people and the planet. It aims for an accessible, welcoming and inclusive experience for every client.
