Color is the core of the menu, from root retouches, gloss and toner refreshes and grey blending to full solid color and highlighting or balayage in partial and global versions. Blonding ranges from money pieces and veil highlights through bleach work and foilyage, and vivid and fantasy color is also offered. Color correction is planned case by case, since pricing depends on what the hair needs.
Consultations are part of the process. An in-house consultation is $25 for 30 minutes and is for planning only, and the fee can be applied toward a service the client books. Color pricing starts at the listed price and is confirmed at consultation. Vivid, fantasy and color correction work each begin with a consultation, and Halloween and SFX makeup is priced after one too.
Each finished service ends with a blow dry and style. Maintenance packages pair a root retouch with a gloss, a haircut, or both, and a Signature Cut includes a custom cut, deep conditioning and a blowout.
Changes to appointments, whether cancellations or reschedules, should be made at least 48 hours ahead. Changes made on shorter notice can lead to a fee, and rebooking may require a new deposit. Cancelling on the day of an appointment, or not showing up, may result in a fee, with a deposit needed before the next booking. Clients arriving late have a 15-minute grace period. After that, the service may be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled.
