The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and closed on Mondays, with other times arranged by appointment, which is the preferred way to visit. Visits begin with a custom plan shaped around each client's lifestyle, budget and goals. Hair health guides the work, so some looks are built over several appointments. Pricing for colors and cuts is listed on the services page, and questions can be sent through the contact page, with replies the next business day.
Loyalty points are earned on haircare and service purchases and can be applied toward future haircare purchases. They have no cash value. The salon states that client information is not shared with third parties.
