The salon is at Suite 103 on West Thomas Road in Phoenix. It describes itself as an Arizona-based salon and says it aims to build a strong, meaningful connection with every client.

Color work is the core of the menu. The Full Signature is a full blonding or color transformation that moves through a base shift, customized lightening, a root melt, gloss, treatment, and an optional haircut and blowout. The Lived In Luxe is a dimensional blonding service, and the Bright Refresh is a lower-maintenance brightness service with foils, gloss, and a blowout. For red and copper, the Red Statement covers rich reds, coppers, cherry, and wine tones, with all-over lightening when it is needed, a custom red formula, a gloss sealant, a restorative treatment, and a blowout. The Reset is a corrective color service for removing unwanted pigment, and it requires a consultation and test strand before booking. Other color services include the Signature Solid, a single-process color for natural hair only, the Brunette Return for moving blonde hair back to brunette, and the Rooted Refresh, a customized base color with gloss that covers grey.

Hair extensions are a major part of the business. Clients can start with an extension consultation to match a method to their hair. Services include tape-in reinstalls, weft installation, weft move-ups, weft removal, and weft reinstalls with a wash, blow-dry, and styling. Weft move-ups are recommended every four to six weeks.

Booking requires a deposit, which is non-refundable. Some services take a $50 deposit, while consultations and bang trims take $10. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows are charged $100. The salon is open Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 2 PM to 5 PM, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. It is closed Sundays and Mondays.
