The menu covers cutting and blow-drying, with color ranging from single-process and demi or permanent work to double-process color, highlights, lowlights, glazes, balayage and ombre. Texture options include silk press, Wave Nouveau, relaxers and keratin smoothing; the salon says its keratin treatments are semi-permanent and usually last up to six months.

Extensions are a major part of the menu. Methods include clip-on, links, feathers, sewn-in and weaving, wig installation, K-tip, tape-in and micro-loop. Orders are best placed about four weeks before installation, and new clients need a consultation first. K-tip and tape-in work, along with micro-loop extensions, involve a non-refundable deposit, and hair for micro-loop and leave-out installs is not included in the price.

Bridal work is planned around the bride and her party, and each package starts with a consultation and a trial updo before the bridal updo. The salon closes for 90 minutes during bridal services for privacy, and on-location bridal service is available at a home or hotel. Pricing for bridal packages is sent by email on request. The salon also offers a birthday package for groups of at least six girls, which runs 2.5 hours and includes a cut, a blow-out or updo, light makeup and a tiara for the birthday girl; pricing is also by email.

Consultations are built into extension and bridal booking, and extension orders are planned about four weeks ahead of the appointment.
