Every hair service includes a consultation, a shampoo and conditioning, and a stress-relieving scalp massage. The hair menu runs from a $20 bang and neck trim and a $25 men's cut up to a keratin smoothing treatment from $150. Waxing is offered for the chin, lip, brows and full face, at $12, $15, $20 and $45 respectively. Appointments require a valid credit card to reserve. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and can make changes by phone, email or the online booking system. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Consistent haircut guests receive complimentary bang and neck trims.
