Every new client completes a brief in-person consultation before their first service, and the $25 fee is credited toward that first eligible salon visit. Services are personalized to each client's hair needs, lifestyle, texture and styling goals. Shampoo and conditioner are chosen for each client's hair and scalp at every visit, and regular appointments don't require freshly washed hair.
Many services include the Believe Standard, which covers customized cleansing, conditioning, Micro-Mist Therapy and individual care. Scalp options range from an aromatherapy massage and a Micro-Mist hydration session to a luxury scalp facial. The Believe Luxury Hair & Scalp Spa Experience combines a premium treatment masque, scalp massage and Micro-Mist Therapy. These are relaxation and cosmetic scalp care, not the hair-loss assessments offered through Believe Trichology MedSpa, which the salon offers as separate consultations.
Listed prices are starting prices. The salon notes they can rise with hair length, density, condition, the product needed, detangling, complexity and service time, and significant detangling or removing an existing style may add time and a fee. Membership options, the Believe VIP Healthy Hair Club and the Believe VIP Luxe Club, include monthly salon credit, priority booking, savings on premium masques and retail, a quarterly VIP enhancement and a birthday credit, with a three-month initial commitment.
Booking policies: a $25 late fee applies after 10 minutes, appointments are canceled if there is no communication 15 minutes after the start time, and cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead, with late notice resulting in a charge for the remaining service balance. Larger wedding parties need to be scheduled in advance.
