A first visit usually starts with learning about your curls. New clients booking a curly cut receive a dry, curl-by-curl cut shaped to them, along with guidance on caring for curly hair at home. Clients whose last cut was longer ago can book a deluxe version that adds a detox shampoo and deep conditioning, while a shorter-interval cut is done dry with no shampoo. A 15-minute consultation is available beforehand for talking through concerns.

Color work includes root touch-ups, dimensional color, highlights and Pintura, a hand-painted technique combined with foils that the salon suits to tighter coils and bolder pieces. Several services require a deposit, which is non-refundable, and no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full service price. New clients complete pre-appointment forms and acknowledge the cancellation policy before an appointment is approved. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once purchased.
