The salon serves both natural and chemically treated hair, and says its goal is to help every client feel beautiful regardless of the challenges their hair presents. Staff educate clients about their hair and suggest healthy styling and product options. The salon describes its approach as raising the bar on beauty standards.

The salon also hand-prepares its own hair care using natural components, including essential oils, botanical extracts and vitamins. Custom blends designed by Brenda Bee are a growing part of the range. Also available in the shop area are raw human hair, hair accessories and hair fragrances.

Services are booked online through the salon's booking page. Appointments are for scheduled clients only, and extra guests are not allowed in the salon. Children without an appointment are not permitted. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full service fee. Clients are asked to arrive on time; a 15 minute grace period applies, after which a 50% late fee is charged.

Many services ask for a deposit when booking, from $25 up to $175 depending on the service. Add-on treatments such as the repairing mask, scalp treatment and oil treatments can be added to many services. The salon is open Thursday through Sunday, with Sunday hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
