Required taxes are collected and passed on. Cancellations and changes need to be made through the confirmation email, not by direct message.

Problems with the result, such as color bleeding onto the skin, toner spots, or uneven cutting, need to be raised within 72 hours of the visit. Corrective appointments must be booked within 7 days and carried out by the stylist who did the original service.

The studio also offers BEE BLONDOR PRO training for stylists, in virtual and hands-on formats. The site states that the virtual training can help stylists earn three times more money; this is the studio's own claim.
