Every service starts with a consultation about your goals and the condition of your hair. Treatments follow a similar path: a professional consultation and hair analysis, then product choice, application, and aftercare guidance, with maintenance plans and product recommendations afterward. Women's cuts include a shampoo, styling and finishing, and advice on how often to return. Men's cuts can include a complimentary wash with scalp massage, and beard trims and shaping can be booked alone or with a haircut.

Coloring covers balayage, foil highlights, babylights, ombre, root touch-ups, glossing, and gray coverage, along with color correction for uneven tones, brassiness, and damage from earlier color work. Highlights use foils for structured brightness, while balayage is a freehand technique with a softer grow-out. Before and during color services, the salon uses protective, bond-building treatments, and for severely damaged hair it may recommend a treatment plan before any lightening. A haircut, color, and treatment can be combined in one appointment.

Extensions include Keratin Tip (K-Tip), fusion, and tape-in options, made from 100% human hair that the salon describes as ethically sourced. K-Tip bonds each strand with keratin and allows custom placement, suiting fine to medium hair. Fusion is suited to thicker hair, and tape-in extensions are reusable. A free extensions consultation covers hair type, goals, the recommended method, pricing, and care. Extension appointments generally run 2 to 4 hours.

The salon hosts bridal styling packages, bridal party styling, bachelorette and party styling, private salon sessions for groups, and workshops. Special occasion styling is best booked 2 to 4 weeks ahead and usually lasts 45 to 90 minutes. Makeup is not offered in-house, but the team works with makeup artists in Miami and can coordinate them.
