The hair menu covers women's haircuts, men's cuts, kids' cuts, and hair styling and blowouts. A Hair and Scalp Detox Treatment, a 75-minute service, is also offered, along with a Hair Gloss Treatment and toning.

Color services range from root touch-ups and partial and full highlights to full color and custom color. The Platinum Card is a blonding technique in which small, thin sections are foiled back to back across the whole head, and it can take up to six hours. Keratin treatments are offered in medium and long versions, each with its own appointment length.

Men can book beard trims and shaping, and men's hair coloring is available. For weddings, the studio offers a bridal makeup package that includes a consultation, a makeup trial, the wedding day application, and touch-ups, as well as stand-alone makeup application and wedding updos. Eyebrow and lip waxing are also available.

A free 20-minute consultation can be booked before a visit. New clients pay a deposit for several services, including haircuts, color, keratin treatments, updos, and makeup. Clients need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and should contact the studio directly to reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours carry a fee of half the service cost, and missed appointments are charged the full cost, though fees may be waived for emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Gift cards come in set amounts of $50, $75, $100, or $200, or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
