BeautyxLesliee is a studio in Suite 106 at 2410 Montgomery St in Fort Worth. Leslie Bazarte handles the lash appointments and the waxing. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 9 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, with Sunday closed.

Lash work starts with a patch test and consultation for $50, which takes about 45 minutes and includes a 72-hour wait to watch for irritation before a full set; no eye makeup is recommended during that time. The $30 paid for the patch test goes toward a full set after a successful test, and a $20 deposit is required to book it. A tailored full set starts at $200 and takes about 165 minutes or more. Each set is planned around the client's natural lashes, eye shape and desired look, using a range of curls, lengths and colors, and comes with an aftercare kit. Between full sets, a standard fill at $100 suits sets with half or more of the extensions remaining and is best within two to three weeks of the last visit. An extended fill at $125 is for sparser sets. Sets older than four weeks need a full set instead of a fill. A touch up at $50 freshens a set booked within seven days of the last service and is not a fill. Lash removal is $30. Clients who have reacted to a past lash service are asked to mention it when booking.

Waxing covers the face, arms, underarms, stomach, back, legs, bikini and Brazilian areas. Facial options include upper lip, chin, nose, brows and sideburns, priced from $10 to $15. Mid-week wax specials from $15 are available Tuesday through Thursday. Clients whose menstrual cycle starts unexpectedly before a Brazilian wax may reschedule without penalty.

Booking details matter here. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead, and later changes carry a 35% fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows also carry a 35% charge, and deposits are non-refundable and cannot be moved after a no-show or late cancellation. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are treated as no-shows. Services rendered are not refunded. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment.

Lash sets are designed to enhance the wearer's beauty while protecting the eyes, according to the salon, and every full set is customized to the client's natural lashes.
