The studio aims for clients to leave feeling confident and relaxed. Hours run Monday, Wednesday and Friday through Saturday during the day, with later evenings on Tuesday and Thursday, and the studio is closed on Sundays.

About

The facial menu is built around three custom lengths. A 30-minute facial at $60 covers cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a facial massage or mask with scalp massage, and finishing products. The 60-minute version at $100 adds hot towels, a mask and the neckline, and may include facial cupping or an ultrasonic scrubber. The 90-minute version at $130 adds a second mask and a neckline massage, with the same optional cupping or ultrasonic scrubber. A Social Media Facial at $85 runs 60 minutes, follows the 60-minute format and can include deeper exfoliation based on skin needs. It is recorded, and the studio may use the recording for social media, so clients must be 18 or older. An extra 10-minute massage to the face, shoulders, scalp or all of these can be added to any facial for $20.

For acne, the studio offers a first visit called Acne Consult and Treatment at $130 and 120 minutes. It includes an in-depth conversation about acne triggers, a 50-minute acne treatment and a curated full skincare routine. Later acne sessions are $80. Acne Bootcamp at $80 and 50 minutes is a check-in treatment for clients who have completed the consult and treatment. Chemical peels take about 45 minutes and start at $80 for non-peeling peels, while skin-shedding peels are $130; the provider recommends the best fit. A Chemical Peel Add On at $30 and 15 minutes can be booked with a facial and is a non-peeling peel customized to skin concerns.

Lash services include a Lash Tint at $20, a Lash Lift at $70 and a Lash Lift + Tint at $80. Brow Tint is a $20 semi-permanent tint for shape and definition, and Brow Wax is $15 for cleanup, with tweezing and trimming available. Clients should stop retinol and exfoliants one week before a brow wax. Face Wax is $10 per area and covers the face only, with brows booked separately. A $25 in-person or online consultation covers treatments and at-home care, and the fee goes toward products or treatments. A $0 Product Pickup booking is available if clients message ahead so products are ready.

Booking is through the studio's Glossgenius page. A card on file is charged for cancellation, late arrival and no-call no-show fees, and a 75% fee applies to cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, arrivals 10 or more minutes late, and no-call no-shows. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A referral program gives both the referrer and the new client 10% off the next service.
