Fort Worth Brows is owned by Jessica, who trained two artists, Abigail and Emilee, to work under her. The studio describes Jessica as DFW's brow guru. To find the studio, drive through the black gate; it is on the left, and parking is reserved for clients.

Brow and lash services are grouped under Aesthetic Brow and Lash Services. Wax/Tweeze ONLY is a 15-minute shaping service using waxing and tweezing, with no tint. Basic Brow is a 30-minute shaping and tint, and Hybrid Brow is a 30-minute tint with a skin stain effect that includes shaping. Brow Lamination is a one-hour perm treatment that lifts brow hairs for a fuller or fluffier look; aftercare is included, and according to the studio's FAQ, brows can be brushed into any style afterward without stiffness. Lash Lift and Tint is a one-hour lash curling service with a perm solution. Lash Lift and Brow Lamination can be booked together. Prices differ by technician, with Jessica's rates higher than Emilee's for each brow service.

Permanent makeup for eyebrows starts with a PMU consultation, which costs $100 and is required before any new permanent makeup service. That fee is nonrefundable but is applied to the total cost of the first session, and canceling or rescheduling the consultation within 48 hours voids it. A First Touchup costs $150 and is scheduled eight weeks after the initial session, with 12 weeks allowed to book at that price. After 12 weeks, clients book a Return Touch Up, listed at $400 with Jessica and blocking two hours. Before any touchup, clients send clear photos of their brows without makeup for approval. PMU appointments are typically booked two to three months ahead. According to the studio, PMU color can fade between 20 and 60 percent depending on skin type, weather, previous tattoo work, aftercare and skin chemistry, and touchups may be needed every two to three years once enough color has faded.

Rescheduling and cancellations go through the studio phone line, and a voicemail can be left if no one answers. PMU sessions need 48 hours notice to change; a late cancellation carries a nontransferable fee of 50 percent of the service. Cancellations inside 48 hours of an appointment incur 50 percent of the booked service, and same-day cancellations and no-shows incur 100 percent. Arriving 15 minutes late can be treated as a no-show. After a no-show, future appointments must be paid in full before rebooking, and a second no-show means permanent makeup is no longer offered. If a card cannot be processed, an invoice is sent and must be paid in full before rebooking.

The studio does not offer refunds of any kind for permanent makeup or removal services at this time, and it states there is no 100 percent guarantee on tattoo work. Permanent makeup is not offered to anyone under 18, even with parental consent, and pregnant or nursing clients are listed as ineligible. Some medical conditions and treatments require a doctor's note before permanent makeup, and some clients may not be eligible for brow waxing or lamination depending on recent treatments or medications. Clients with a previous eyebrow tattoo or permanent makeup send photos for evaluation, and the existing work must be light enough to cover.
