Color bookings require a consultation first. The consultation is a 30-minute appointment priced at $25, and it is also required before Silk Press, Trim, cuts, and brow tinting, henna or color. For the Glueless Quickweave, a consultation may be required before booking.

Color prices are starting prices, and the longer color services run around three and a half to five hours. Options include a gloss treatment, semi-permanent color with or without basic styling, double process color with or without styling (both include vivids and blonding), partial color, and highlights. Custom cuts are offered with or without styling.

Hair installs include a versatile sew-in, a glueless quickweave, closure installs with bundles sewn in, frontal installs with sew-in, frontal or lace wig installs, and tape-in installs with removal. The versatile sew-in comes with a complimentary wash, blow dry, trim and straightening, while pin curls, beach waves and wand curls are extra. The glueless quickweave includes a wash, blow dry, hydration treatment and trim, and the studio says it can last up to two months. Frontal, lace wig and closure installs include complimentary straightening, with beach waves, crimps and curls charged separately. Bundles are not supplied for the frontal sew-in install, and hair is not supplied for the Half Up Half Down style.

Lash services begin with removal, which uses gel or cream and includes a complimentary lash bath. Full sets come in several volumes, from the Baby Boss set of 12-16mm volume to the Mega Volume set designed for a bold look and the Diva set with mixed lengths (custom sets are available on request). Between full sets, in-fill appointments are offered every two to two and a half weeks for up to three visits, after which a new full set is needed. Mega Volume in-fills need 45% to 50% of the set to remain, otherwise a new set is booked. A signed waiver and intake form are required for new lash sets, and an updated form is needed for in-fills if anything has changed. Regular lash clients who have booked at least three times and had their last service at least a week earlier can book the weekly lash touch-up.

Classes and one-on-one sessions for the BeautyMeEmpress Beats lash service are arranged by email. The Beats service includes lashes and takes about 45 minutes.

The studio says its sew-in work aims to look as natural and seamless as possible, and it asks for a consultation before color and cut services so the work is planned around each client.
