Braiding is the largest part of the menu. Styles include knotless braids, box braids, Fulani braids, feeding braids, Senegalese twists, Marley or kinky twists, spring or bomb twists, passion twists, Miracle Knots, French curl braids, Bohemian or island twists, Dutch braids, and soft or butterfly locs. Cornrows and stitch cornrows are priced by length, starting at $50 and $55. Knotless and Bohemian styles include hair in the price, while Miracle Knots do not. Crochet braids are listed at $25 without hair and take about two hours.

Beyond adult braiding, the salon offers a kids' braids menu, including knotless, box, feeding, Marley, passion, Senegalese and French curl styles, as well as cornrows, two-strand twists and twist-outs for natural hair. Men can book cornrows, box braids and twists, and barrel twists, priced by length. Natural hair services cover Bantu knots, curls, cornrows, two-strand twists, flat twists, coils or gel twists and twist-outs. Hair must be pre-detangled before a natural hair appointment, and detangling done at the salon adds $10.

The loc menu runs from a consultation through starter locs, traditional and Microlocks or Sisterlocks maintenance, retightening, washing and styling, extensions, and full Microlocks and Sisterlocks installs. Prices vary by length and size of locs, with the consultation at $50 and Sisterlocks starting at $1,050. The salon also offers weaves, including quick weave, leave-out, traditional sew-in, glue-in or bonded, and net weave, along with frontal, closure and full or 360 wig installations.

Other services include wash and blow dry, takedowns for weaves, braids and natural hair, relaxer touch-ups, silk press, virgin relaxers and Wave Nouveau. Booking time estimates range from about 90 minutes for other services to about 420 minutes for loc services.

Booking requires a $25 deposit per service, which is included in the service price and is not refundable. The deposit can move once to a rescheduled appointment; a second reschedule needs a new deposit. Rescheduling is requested at least 24 hours ahead when possible, and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Clients have a 20-minute grace period, after which the appointment is missed and must be rebooked. Appointments outside working hours carry an extra $30 charge.

Concerns about a service must be reported within 24 hours of the completed appointment, with a description and photos when appropriate. The salon may offer a correction or adjustment for quality or execution issues, but refunds are decided case by case and are not guaranteed. Refunds are not given for changes of mind, personal preference, normal appearance changes, weather, water, poor maintenance or not following aftercare. The DCHS Rewards loyalty program lets clients earn points redeemable for discounts, with tiers from Bronze to Diamond.
