Each visit begins with an assessment of the client's hair needs. The salon says its services are built around each person, whether that is a silk press for relaxed hair, a silk press for natural hair, or a relaxer touch-up with styling and conditioning.

Beyond styling, the salon offers healthy hair treatments chosen for each client's condition and goals, scalp therapy, color services such as gray coverage, root touch-ups and custom color, and professionally installed sew-ins. A healthy hair consultation lets the stylist evaluate hair and scalp, talk through goals, and set out a customized plan.

Reservations require a valid card. A fee can apply when a visit is cancelled with under 48 hours' notice, when it is cancelled on the day itself, or when a client does not attend.
