If earlier work is unsuitable, the studio may not perform the procedure and may suggest an alternative such as pigment removal.

Booking terms: a 25% non-refundable deposit is due at booking and is applied to the final balance, and the remaining balance is due in full on the day of the appointment. A 10-minute grace period applies, with a 15-minute maximum; later arrivals are cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. Changes or rescheduling need 24 to 48 hours' notice, and companions are not allowed during sessions. Payment is accepted by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, debit cards and credit cards.
