Missing an appointment without giving prior notice incurs the full service fee. Deposits are returned only when the salon cancels and cannot offer another time. Services already performed are non-refundable. A client who is dissatisfied with the outcome may report it within 24 hours to receive one complimentary corrective appointment. Sealed retail products that have not been used may be sent back within 7 days when accompanied by a receipt.
