The process starts with a consultation, and the wedding date is reserved with payment. A bridal preview is scheduled within three months of the wedding. Each season the business accepts a limited number of bridal clients, and its team is never booked with another bride on the same date. Touch-ups are included through the aisle, and the Signature Experience keeps a team on hand from the aisle through the reception. Clip-in extension installation is included at no extra cost, with extension suggestions based on natural texture and the look the client wants. Concierge inclusions carry no additional fee.

Wedding-day bookings have a minimum of $895, which can be met through bridal services or by including a VIP plus one from the bridal party. Bridal Party Collectives with more than 12 services are expanded to fit the wedding-day timeline and beauty needs. Destination services require the client to arrange travel and lodging for the team.
