The clinic's approach centers on natural balance: how a person sees themselves, and the proportions, symmetry, highlights and shadows of the face. The aim is results that subtly enhance a client's own features rather than change them. According to the salon, its treatments are among the safest and most effective rejuvenation options available, and it says it uses current technology for quicker, more comfortable procedures with minimal downtime. A visit starts with a free consultation to discuss options and design a treatment plan. First-time skincare clients are booked for a 30-minute skin consultation, where needs and goals are discussed and a custom at-home regimen and treatment plan are provided.

Beauty Theory Skin is the clinic's private-label line of medical-grade cleansers, hydrators and custom blended treatment products, designed to work alongside in-office care. The clinic also carries SkinMedica, ZO Skin Health, Colorescience, UPNEEQ, LATISSE and ELEVAI.

Before treatment, clients are asked to stop aspirin, NSAIDs, supplements and alcohol one week ahead, and to check with their primary physician before stopping any prescribed medication. Photosensitizing medications such as retinoids, doxycycline and minocycline should be stopped at least 72 hours before. Tanning, self-tanners and waxing should be avoided beforehand, and a treatment should be booked at least two weeks before a special event. Clients who have used Accutane in the past six months, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding, may not be candidates. Neurotoxin injections are offered to adults over 18.
