Cynthia Roland

Cynthia Roland works as a licensed medical aesthetician at Beauty Theory. Her skin care work dates to 1998, when she started as a skin care specialist, and she has since worked with plastic surgeons and medical spas, where she was certified to perform medical-grade skin care. She spent six years as a spa coordinator, has trained with several cosmeceutical companies, and has held a massage therapy license for almost thirty years. She is recognized as an expert in ZO Skin Health. Her certifications include chemical peels, microneedling, hydrafacials, DiamondGlow, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, sublime and sublative RF, waxing and skin consultations. In 2007 she earned a permanent make-up certification from Boca Beauty Institute.
