Konika Schallen, MD, founded the practice and leads its medical team. Staff include medical doctors, registered nurse practitioners and licensed aestheticians, and the physician-led team builds each patient's plan around their skin goals.

Clients can book in person or by video consultation over Zoom, and virtual consultations are booked online after signing up or logging in. Online booking runs through the MyPatientNow platform, and payment plans are offered. A card is kept on file when booking, and a 24-hour cancellation policy applies, with a $75 fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead and a $100 fee for no-shows.

The menu covers facial treatments and peels, laser work for acne, acne scars, pigment, redness and tattoos, neurotoxin and filler injectables, non-surgical body contouring and tightening, and hair loss, women's health and men's treatments. Gift cards are available and a membership package is offered.

Treatment plans are physician-led and tailored to each patient's skin goals, aiming for lasting results rather than fast, trend-driven treatments. Care is described as medically informed, with attention to how each device used interacts with the body's cells.
