The consultation is a short conversation of about 15 to 20 minutes about what a client has in mind, rather than a service appointment. Color work ranges from gloss and toner and root touch-ups to all over color, partial and full highlights, balayage and ombre, and vivid color or color correction. Vivid color and correction is charged hourly with a two-hour minimum and no haircut included. Partial and full highlights include toner, K-18 or Olaplex, and a blow dry and style.

Haircuts include bang trims, kids cuts for children under 10, clipper cuts for established shapes, and an edgy cut for first-time pixies, mullets, wolfcuts and shags. Treatments include a deep conditioning or bonding service with a choice of products, and a keratin smoothing service. Tape-in and tinsel extensions are offered, and tape-in hair can be bought through the salon or supplied by the client.

Booking terms: a 25% fee applies to no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours, and deposits are kept unless the client reschedules within that window for a date within four weeks. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set or custom amounts, can be scheduled for delivery, and are final sale. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday 11 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 8 AM to 12 PM, with Mondays and Wednesdays closed.

Built around a welcoming, safe chair for every client, including LGBTQIA+ clients, and the business states that hate speech is not welcome there.
