Services are grouped into blonding and balayage, hair color, haircuts, extensions, smoothing and treatments, and styling and updos. Guests can book a free online consultation to be matched with a stylist and service. Prices reflect each stylist's experience, and a small added charge may apply for extra long or thick hair. Gray coverage, dimensional color and color correction are priced after a consultation.

Products are chosen with sustainability in mind. The salon describes its hair color as vegan, and notes that Aveda's full line is vegan and Leaping Bunny certified, with color tubes made from recycled aluminum. Extensions use ethically sourced, sustainably packaged hair, and every extension visit begins with a consultation with an extension specialist.

For a visit, the salon asks guests to arrive with dry hair and to avoid heavy styling products before a color appointment. Phones should be silenced during shampoo, and children under 12 are only allowed on the salon floor when receiving a service. Appointments run Tuesday 9am to 7pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 9pm, Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm. Changes need 24 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full scheduled services.
