Each visit begins with a consultation, followed by custom design and mapping that uses Golden Ratio mapping and facial symmetry analysis. Procedures use a medical-grade topical numbing cream, single-use sterile tools and single-use needles, and the studio follows sterilization protocols. Staff hold bloodborne pathogen certification, according to the studio. Brow and eyeliner appointments include an aftercare kit with healing balm or ointment. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early and may enjoy a complimentary refreshment in the studio lounge.
Session lengths vary by service: Signature Brow appointments run 2 to 3 hours, lip artistry about 2 to 2.5 hours, and permanent eyeliner 1.5 to 2 hours. Removal and correction sessions take 1 to 2 hours each, and non-permanent brow services take 45 minutes to an hour. Touch-ups are booked separately from the initial appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled once without penalty with sufficient notice. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice and must be confirmed by phone.
