Booking runs on a few firm rules. A non-refundable deposit is required to book. Cancellations need 24 to 48 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full service amount, and a card must be kept on file. Any outstanding fees must be paid before the next appointment is booked, and after more than three cancellation violations, clients must prepay when booking. There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness, after which the appointment is canceled.

On arrival, clients wait in their vehicle and send a text to check in. Guests cannot come along to appointments. Clients should arrive with clean lashes, and anyone who is unwell should stay home and reschedule. For full sets, clients message the studio ahead of time to name the set they want, and for fills, they specify the set already in place. The lash artist decides whether to work on lashes that someone else applied.
