Lash appointments follow a set schedule. Fills are recommended about every two and a half weeks after a full set, and a visit more than 21 days after the last appointment is treated as a full set rather than a fill. A fill price applies only when at least half of the extensions are still in place and intact. Clients who lose more than five lashes a day, or who have itching, eyelid soreness or red eyes, can get a free fix if they report the issue within two days. The free fix also covers any set lost within the first 48 hours after a full set is booked with one of the technicians. Lash removal takes about 30 minutes, and its price varies. The salon does not fill extensions applied by other businesses. For those clients, it books a full set, then removes and cleanses the old lashes.
