Every extension client begins with a private, in-person consultation covering goals, lifestyle and hair, and the consultation fee goes toward the color service or install. The keratin packages are tiered as The Boss, The Executive and The VIP, each with its exact quote given at consultation. The Boss adds thickness only and is not meant for adding length. Keratin extensions are individual strands fused one by one to each of the client's strands, and they are not reusable. Weft extensions are tracks sewn onto a braidless microlink bead foundation, and they can be reused.

Keratin extensions last about 3 to 4 months and need no in-salon upkeep until removed. Weft extensions need a move-up about every 6 weeks and a full takedown and reinstall every 3 to 4 months, and they last roughly 9 to 12 months with home care. The salon does not recommend high ponytails or wefts for clients who sweat heavily or work out a lot. The staff states a combined 7 years of extension experience.

Visits include a complimentary hot towel, beverages and snacks, and the salon describes the experience as upscale.
