Beauty by M.E. Salon

Beauty by M.E. Salon serves clients of all ages, with a range of services for children as well as adults. Appointments can be booked online through a Square booking page, and gift cards are available for a future visit or as a present for a friend.

Color services are arranged differently from other bookings: clients reach out to their stylist by text or email to set up a color appointment. New color clients can book a free 15-minute color consultation first. Color correction requires a consultation with the stylist before booking, and partial lightening is priced after the stylist has discussed the work with the client.

Cuts range from a clipper and scissor cut, which can include an optional hair wash, to a mist and cut, a wash, cut and style, and a buzz cut done with a machine clipper. Blowouts, bang trims and edge clean-ups are also offered. Updo styles start at $50, with the price depending on how much hair there is and the style chosen.

Children's options include a single child's wash, cut and blow dry, and group packages for two, three or four children booked together. A child can also be added to a parent's mist and cut. Kids' color is offered for blonde hair only and covers larger areas.

Treatments and smaller services include an Olaplex repair treatment, a toner refresh and style, and eyebrow and lip waxing, with eyebrow tinting available on its own or with a wax. Lightening options include full and partial lightening and air-touch highlights.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice is charged 50% of the service bill, sent by email, though fees may be waived when the cause is outside the client's control. Clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule, and unpaid invoices may lead to removal from the client list. The salon is open Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Color work starts with a consultation, and the details of each service are settled directly with the stylist.
