The salon says it aims to exceed each client's expectations. Hair styling prices vary from stylist to stylist, and service prices depend on the stylist and each guest's needs. Correction work is quoted after a consultation, and free consultations are available by phone.
Services cover hair, skin, nails, waxing and makeup. Facials begin with a hot towel and include a facial massage and a hand and arm massage, and they can be customized with several enhancers. Waxing starts with a pre-wax cleanser and finishes with an aloe gel. Bridal clients receive a complimentary breakfast of bagels, juice and coffee. According to the salon, only high-quality products are used for hair, skin and nails.
Each client receives a consultation and is treated as the salon's only client, and staff take continuing education to keep cuts, styles and trends current.
