First-time guests can book the Healthy Hair Experience for $75, which takes about 1.5 hours. It includes a hair and scalp analysis, cleanse, scalp massage, blow dry, trim and home care recommendations, but no styling. New clients may be asked to have a consultation covering hair goals, condition, history and maintenance. Every appointment begins with cleansing and preparation, with attention to the scalp and hair foundation.

Braid work is a large part of the menu. Boho braids are priced from $350 for a medium size and from $425 for a small size, take roughly 7 to 9 or more hours, and use hair the studio provides, with water wave, deep wave and loose wave curl options. Individual or knotless braids with a bricklayer parting include hair: large from $165 (about 4 hours), medium at $250 (about 6.5 hours) and small at $300 (about 8 hours). Deep conditioning, steam, trim or the VIP package are extra on those. Cleanse and box braids without added hair take 2 hours or more, and French braids with added hair start at $95.

Other services include silk presses from $120, which take 2 hours or more and include a consultation, cleanse, steam, eye mask, scalp massage, blow dry and the press itself. Traditional sew-in costs $200 without hair supplied, and braid-downs for a quick weave, wig or crochet cost $100. Extension removal is $100, and extension maintenance is $100 with track tightening, which the studio recommends every 4 to 6 weeks. Natural hair services include cleanse and go at $60, two-strand twists at $95, finger coils at $75 and a cleanse and blow dry at $40. Scalp care treatments start at $85.

The studio has no dedicated parking. Clients can use free two-hour street parking when it is available, metered spaces, or a nearby structure with two hours free followed by paid parking. A daily parking pass costs $12. Payment is due at the end of the appointment, in cash or by card through Square, and a card processing fee may be added where permitted and is disclosed before payment. Additional guests, including children, need prior approval.
