The Sensory Friendly Haircut is a 45-minute appointment open to children, teens and adults who may need extra patience, flexibility or sensory support. It takes place in a private, calm studio at a slower pace, with breaks as needed and sensory toys, fidgets and weighted lap pads on hand. There are no added fees based on support needs, and clients are asked to share sensory preferences, triggers, communication needs or past haircut experiences when they book.
Booking details are straightforward. A consultation of about 15 minutes is available with pricing that varies. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A 30% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and closed Thursday and Sunday.
