For anyone considering extensions, color correction or creative color, a free 15-minute consultation is the starting point. It is a chance to talk through hair goals, budget and options before any appointment is set, and new clients need one before extensions.

Color is the largest part of the menu, running from a 45-minute gloss that adds shine or adjusts tone, to a root touch up, a root-to-end Signature Color Session, dimensional blonding, full blonding with custom placement, and a full-head platinum transformation. Creative color is priced by the hour and most sessions run three to six hours.

Membership is offered through the Blow Dry Club, at $110 per month, which the salon says saves members $140 and includes priority booking and member-only pricing. Members book as usual through the Services page and the membership benefits are applied at checkout in store.

Hours are 10 AM to 6 PM every day of the week. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 12 hours notice; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 35% of the booked service, and clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be marked as no-shows. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
