The stylists are independent. Each runs their own schedule, services, prices and booking page, so guests book directly with the stylist they choose rather than through a shared front desk. Crystal Smith books through her Vagaro calendar and Lily Dayton through her GlossGenius calendar. Pricing and timing are confirmed at booking or during consultation. Hours vary by stylist; the general listed hours are Monday mornings, Tuesday to Friday daytime, and Saturday until 4pm.

Color work begins with a conversation about hair history, goals and reference photos, but formulas are built for each guest's own hair rather than copied from a picture. For major changes, corrections or plans that need discussion first, a color consultation covers what is realistic, how many sessions it may take and what upkeep will look like before any color is mixed. Each color appointment ends with a written maintenance plan. Corrections and grow-out plans are usually staged over more than one visit, and the stylist states the likely number before booking.

Haircuts are shaped around each guest's texture, density and daily routine. Add-on experiences can be booked alongside a main service for extra haircut, blow dry, styling, scalp or color touches. Free parking is available on site, and the main entrance and hallway to the studio are step-free.
