Most services are booked by appointment, and a credit card is kept on file. Several services require a deposit. Body treatments take extra coordination: after an online booking, a team member confirms the location, provider availability and timing before the appointment is final, and the studio recommends leaving three days between body sessions. Some providers work as independent contractors paid a commission on what they perform rather than by the hour.

On the hair side, the studio offers men's and women's cuts, children's cuts for under 11s (a barber is preferred for the short cut), blowouts with or without hot tool styling, a detoxifying scalp treatment, a conditioning mask, updos, braided styles, bang trims and a keratin smoothing treatment. Color is limited to gray coverage, toners and glosses; full bleach-and-tone color is not offered. Bridal services are available.

The lash and brow menu covers the YUMI lash lift, a regular lash lift, lash tinting, brow lamination, brow tinting, eyebrow clean-up and full-set or refill lash extensions. First-time lash extension clients are asked to book a full set. The studio also sells gift cards and retail products.

Services are not sorted into men's or women's menus, so clients are free to mix and match treatments across the studio.
