The menu runs from blowouts and styling to foil and balayage color, color corrections, perms and keratin smoothing treatments. Brow tinting, brow shaping and facial hair removal are available as well. For hair and scalp care there is an Olaplex chelating treatment, an acidic milk rinse for color clients, and a tea tree VIP service that includes a scalp massage and hot towel wrap.

Clients can book through the salon's booking page, which lists 70 reviews. A 15-minute consultation at no charge helps determine the services needed, and a first single color is booked after one. Keratin clients who are new to the salon pay a $50 deposit. Policies ask for at least 24 hours notice for missed, rescheduled or cancelled appointments. Missed or late-cancelled visits are charged 50% of the booked service, and online booking privileges can be lost after three cancellations without adequate notice. Clients more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

Hours are Wednesday from noon to 6 PM, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM. The salon is closed Monday and Tuesday.
