The studio describes itself as a calm place for stress relief and relaxation. Each visit begins with a consultation rather than a fast turnaround, so the appointment is planned around the client.

Lash extensions are attached one by one to natural lashes with adhesive, about 1mm from the skin. Mink extensions typically last up to four to six weeks, and clients are advised to return every few weeks for a fill. Removal uses a remover made for extensions so natural lashes are not pulled. Clients are asked to avoid eyelash curlers and mascara with extensions, and to keep away from extreme heat, swimming and steam rooms for the first 48 hours.

Permanent makeup includes lip blush and permanent eyeliner, and brows can be done with microblading and microshading. Microblading is not recommended for clients with certain medical conditions, and the studio lists screening criteria. Clients with concerns about a service are asked to get in touch within 48 hours.

Each visit starts with a consultation, and the studio aims for care over speed.
