Beyond waxing, the menu includes lash tinting, lash removal for those with extensions, lash fills for clients who keep at least half their lashes, Korean lash lifts with or without tint, and full extension sets in classic, hybrid, volume or mega styles. Brow services include waxing with tint, lamination with shaping, and lamination with tint. Nail services range from gel manicures and gel removal to Gel X sets, builder gel sets, nail art, nail repairs and a children's manicure. Dermaplaning is offered as a skin service, and high frequency and custom jelly mask add-ons can be added to a visit.
Visits are booked for set hours: Wednesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 1 PM to 5 PM. The business is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Less notice may lead to a 50% cancellation fee, and no-call, no-shows are charged the full service amount to the card on file. Deposits are non-refundable. Male clients can book most services, but male Brazilian, bikini and glute services are not offered. Brazilian and bikini waxes can be booked during a period if the client uses a clean tampon, disc or menstrual cup, and the cancellation policy still applies if the client is not comfortable.
Memberships of four, six or twelve Brazilian waxes are spread over several months and are applied automatically at in-store checkout. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, with optional scheduled delivery, and gift card sales are final. The business also offers a $500 Brazilian wax training course lasting 120 minutes, with hands-on instruction and a certificate of completion.
